극히 높은 증후군에 대하여 이름이 붙여진 것이다. 증상은 호흡이나 맥박이 빨라지고 체온
은 5분에 1℃ 정도의 속도로 42℃에나 달한다. 동시에 근의 경직이나 과긴장이 생기고 대사
성 및 호흡성 산증, 고칼륨혈증이 나타난다. 근경직성 위축, 유전자 인자(PK가 높은 것) 등
을 발현 인자로 들수 있으며, 또 서시닐콜린이나 푸로센도 본 증상의 발현에 관계에 있다고
한다. 본 증상에 대한 대책은 예방이 제일이고 가족이나 본인의 기왕력에서 발현의 가능성
이 의심스러울 때에 는 마취약의 선택에 주의를 하고 또 미리 단트롤린을 투여해 본다. 발
견하면 즉시 마취를 중지하고 체표 및 체강내의 냉각을 한다. 동시에 산증에 대해서는 중소
를, 또 근으로부터 열발생을 억제하기 위해서는 덴트롤린의 정맥주사를 한다. 프로카인 정맥
주사도 효과가 있다.
neuroleptic (신경이완제) 항정신성 성질을 가진 약물. 이 용어는, 항전신성 약물의 지각과
행동에 대한 효과를 포함한다. 이것은 무통, 신경의 이완, 정신병적 흥분을 제한하는 등의
효과가 있다. 정신병적 환자에서 혼란과 흥분을 감소시키고, 정신운동성 행동을 정상으로 조
절한다.
quinine (퀴닌, 콰이나인) 키나나무속 식물인 cinchona의 알칼로이드. 무색 미세 결정성 분
말. 무취, 고미(苦味)가 있다. 합성도 가능하나 경제적으로 맞지 않는다. 모든 말라리아 원충
의 무성생식 적혈구형을 특이적으로 억제하나, Plasmodium vivax 및 P. malarae의 생식모
세포에는 약간의 효과가 있고, P. falciparum에는 아무 효과가 없다. 한때는 말라리아의 예
방 및 치료에 널리 사용되었으나, 현재는 독성이 적고, 더욱 효과적인 합성 항말라리아 약물
로 대치되어 있다. 현재는 다만 다른 항말라리아 약물에 저항하는 악성 말라리아 치료에만
사용한다. 콰이나인은 또한 진통작용, 해열작용, 경도의 자궁 수축 작용, 심장 억제 작용, 그
리고 경화 작용도 가지고 있으며, 또한 운동종판의 흥분성을 감소시키기도 한다.
rifampin (리팜핀) 1. 3-[[(4-methy-1-piperazinyl)imino]methyl] rifamycin SV의 반합성 유
도체. C43H58N4O12. 적갈색의 결정성 분말로서 존재하며 rifamycin군 항생물질의 항균작용
을 가지고 있다. 경구 투여한다. 2. 광범위 항균제로써 특히 그람 양성균이나 마이코박테리
움 속균에 효과가 있으며 리팜핀은 선택적으로 DNA 의존성 RNA 중합효소를 비활성화시
켜 단백질 합성을 억제함으로써 항균작용을 나타낸다.

대표되는 질적인 손상. 이런 질적인 장애는 모든 상황에서의 개인의 기능의 전체적인 양상이다.

의 장애. 이러한 특수 진단적 양상에 부가하여 기타 명시되지 않은 문제점의 동반이 일반적이다.
즉 공포증, 잠자기나 먹기장애, 화내는 기질과 공격성(자기를 향한) 등이 일반적으로 동반된다.

F84.1 비정형 자폐증(Atypical autism)
이러한 만연된 발달장애는 소아기 자폐증과는 발병연령이나 세가지 분류기준을 만족시키지 못하는
점에서 구별된다. 이것은 세살 이후에 발현되며 자폐증이란 진단에 요구되는 세가지 정신병리학적
기준(말하자면 사회상호작용의 상반성, 소통의 상반성, 제한되고 동일화된 반복적 행동)의 하나 혹은
두 개가 부족한 비정상적 발달이나 발달장애에 쓰이는 분류번호이다. 다른 영역의 장애는 특징적이
다. 비정형성 자폐증은 심(深)한 발육지체자나 중증 이해성 언어 특수 발달장애자에게서 종종 발생
한다.

F84.2 레트 증후군(Rett's syndrome)
초기의 정상발달 후에 언어의 부분적 혹은 완전한 소실, 운동력 상실, 손의 사용 불능, 머리 성장의
퇴진 등의 증상이 나타나는 것으로 발병시기는 7개월에서 24개월 사이이며 여자에서만 나타난다.
의도적인 손 움직임의 상실, 손을 비트는 움직임과 과호흡이 특징적이다. 사회적인 놀이발달은
정지되나 사회적 흥미는 지속된다. 몸통 운동실조증과 실행증이 네살때부터 생기며 무도형 아테토이
드양 행동이 주로 뒤따른다. 중증의 정신발육지체이 거의 변함없이 나타난다.
F84.3 기타 소아기의 붕괴성 장애(Other childhood disintegrative disorder)
정상적 발달후 장애의 발병으로 몇 개월이 지난후 이전의 획득한 기술을 발달과정의 몇 몇 영역에서
잃어버리게 되는 만연된 발달장애이다. 전형적으로 환경에 대한 흥미의 전반적 소실, 상동성 반복적
운동양식, 사회적 소통과 상호작용의 자폐증성 장애로 특징지어진다. 어떤 경우 이 장애가 연관된
뇌병때문으로 나타날 수 있으나 진단은 행동양식에 기초하여 내려진다.

F84.4 정신 발육지체 및 상동성 운동과 연관된 과활동성 장애(Overactive disorder associated with mental
retaration and stereotyped movements)
이것은 질병학적 타당도가 불확실한 별로 잘 정의되지 않은 장애이다. 이 항목은 중증 정신지둔(IQ50
이하)인 어린이가 상동성 행동과 주의력 장애, 과활동성 문제를 보일때 쓰인다. 그들에게는 각성제의
효과가 없는 경향이 있고 (IQ 정상범위의 환자에서는 그렇지 않지만) 자극이 주어졌을 때 중증의
신체 위화반응(때때로 정신운동 장애)을 보일수 있으며 청년기의 환자에서는 과활동성이 저활동성
으로 대치되는 수도 있다 (정상지능의 과활동성 어린이에서는 이러한 양상은 흔하지 않다).이 증후
군은 다방면의 특이적 혹은 전반적인 발달지체을 수반한다. 낮은 IQ 나 기질적 뇌손상이 행동양상에
어느 정도까지 영향을 미치는지는 알려지지 않고 있다.
F84.5 아스퍼거 증후군(Asperger's syndrome)
불확실한 질병학적 타당도의 장애로써 자폐증에 잘 나타나 듯이 상대적 사회상호작용과 이질적으로
제한되고 상동적인 흥미와 활동의 반복적수행를 특징으로 한다. 이것은 자폐증과는 언어나 인지능
력발달의 전반적 지체이나 지둔이 없다는 점에서 구별된다. 이 장애는 뚜렷하게 어색한 운동이
특징이다. 이런 비정상적 행동은 청년기나 성인기까지 지속되는 경향이 있다. 초기 성인기에는
정신병적 에피소드가 때때로 일어난다.

- 정발제
위로 모발을 물리적으로 밀착, 고정함을 목적으로 하는 모(毛) 정발제는 수분, 유분, 광택, 향 등이 첨가되어 모발을 보호하며, 헤어스타일을 정돈시키므로 이를 정발제라 한다.
① 헤어 오일(hair oil)
헤어 오일은 담황색이나 황녹색의 투명한 두발용 기름으로서 모발에 유분을 주어 적당한 광택과 유연성을 유지시킴으로서 두발을 보호함과 동시에 정발하기 쉽게 하는 목적으로 사용한다.
② 헤어 크림(hair cream)
끈적이며 불쾌감을 주는 헤어 오일의 결점을 없애기 위해 기름을 물과 함께 유화한 것으로서 모발에 유분과 수분을 주어 광택과 유연성을 유지시키며, 모발을 보호함과 동시에 정발이 용이하다. 헤어 오일에 비해 헤어 크림은 유성성분이 없으므로 쉽게 머리카락을 세척시킬 수 있으며 적당한 정발력에 의해 유연하고 촉촉한 감촉과 광택을 준다.
③ 포마드(pomade)
유성 물질을 주원료로 하는 포마드는 젤리 상으로서 약간 굳은 반고체상인 유성의 정발제이며, 모발에 유분을 흡수시켜 광택과 정발력을 뛰어나게 한다.
④ 수용성 포마드
수용성 포마드는 계면활성제를 사용하여 유성 원료를 물(H2O) 중에 가용화 시켜, 투명한 겔상인 정발제로서 헤어 솔리드(hair solid)라고도 한다. 일반적으로는 외관이 포마드와 비슷하다. 수용성이므로 수용성 포마드 또는 워터 그리스(water grease) 등으로 불리며, 원료로서 유동 파라핀 올리브 유, 고급 알코올 등의 유성 물질 외에 정제수, 계면활성제 등을 첨가한다. 따라서 원료는 헤어 크림과 비슷하나 계면활성제는 유화제가 아닌 가용화 작용이 있는 겔화제로, 정발력은 떨어지지만, 끈적임이 없어 가벼운 느낌의 정발 효과가 있다.
⑤ 헤어 리퀴드(hair liquid)
shampoo 후 젖은 모발에 헤어 리퀴드를 모근 쪽으로 도포한 후 dry하면, 드라이어의 열로부터 두발을 보호하고 적당한 점착성과 정발력에 의해 자연스러우며 가벼운 느낌으로 정발 된다. 때문에 헤어 리퀴드는 헤어 브로우(hair blow)라고도 하며, 대표적인 정발제로서 헤어로션(hair lotion)이라고도 하며 널리 사용되고 있다.
⑥ 세트 로션(set lotion)
세트 로션을 도포한 두발에 roller 등으로 winding시나 brushing 등의 기술적인 작업으로서 건조시키면, 두발 표면에 얇은 피막이 생겨 curl이나 wave 등이 일시적으로 강하게 고정된다.
세트 로션은 피막을 구성하는 점액질을 포함한 에탄올과 정제수의 혼합액으로서 유연제, 계면활성제, 방부제 등이 배합되어 있다. 피막은 현재 합성 점액질이 사용되며, 유연제는 두발을 유연하게 하여 정발하기 쉽게 함과 동시에 피막에 가역성을 줄 목적으로 글리세린 등의 다가알코올과 라놀린 등이 사용된다. 액상이 아닌 투명한 겔상이므로 set lotion이라 한다.
⑦ 헤어 스프레이(hair spray)
헤어 스프레이는 reset된 hair style 표면에 균일하게 분무되어 얇은 피막이 형성되므로 hair style 유지를 더욱 지속시켜준다. 건조가 빠르며 습기로부터 헤어스타일을 보호하며 유연성과 가벼움을 주는 헤어 스프레이는 원액이 분사제와 함께 내압용기에 봉입 되어 있으며 이 분사제로서 액화석유가스(LPG)가 주로 사용되고 있다.
⑧ 헤어 젤(hair gel)
모발에 볼륨감과 임의의 hair style을 만들어 주며 촉촉함과 윤기를 준다.
⑨ 헤어 폼(hair foam)(같은 의미로 프랑스어인 무스(mousse)는 원래 거품이 나는 크림, 비누거품등의 뜻이 있다)
포상 정발료의 총칭으로서 에어졸 금속 캔에 정발 기능을 지닌 원액과 액화 가스가 들어간 것으로서 원액이 분출됨과 동시에 원액부에 내포되어 있던 액화가스가 대기압하에서 기화함으로서 원액을 팽창 시켜 포말상이 된다.
