환경성

현행법상 환경성 질환은 '역학조사 등을 통해 환경 유해인자와 상관성이 인정되는 질환'으로 한정된다.
Under the current law, environmental diseases are limited to "diseases that are recognized to be correlated with environmental hazard factor through epidemiological surveys."

환경유해인자와의 과학적 상관성이 증명되지 않았더라도 적절한 조치가 이뤄질 수 있도록 환경성질환 범주도 확대된다.
The category of environmental diseases will also be expanded so that appropriate measures can be taken even if scientific correlation with environmental hazardous factor, has not been proven.

또 식중독 및 환경성 질환 등 질병사고에 관한 입원비와 응급실 내원진료비도 보장한다.
