지난 2016년 전북은행의 자회사로 인수돼 현지화에 성공, 매년 두 자릿수 성장세를 기록 중인 PPC뱅크가 모회사인 전북은행에 대한 신뢰와 자부심을 표현했다.
PPC Bank, which was acquired as a subsidiary of Jeonbuk Bank in 2016 and succeeded in localization and recorded double-digit growth every year, expressed trust and pride in its parent company, Jeonbuk Bank.
한때는 지점 폐쇄를 고민할 만큼 생존이 어려웠지만 철저한 현지화와 선진적 기업금융 노하우로 기업·소매금융 시장에서 두루 영업력을 강화하는 데 성공했다.

이영재 KDB홍콩 법인장은 "인력 운용이나, 심사, 영업체계 등에서 현지화가 필요하다"고 지적했다.

국내에 진출한 외국은행 가운데 현지화에 가장 성공했다는 평가를 받는 SC제일은행마저 사업보고서에 "금융의 공공성이 강조되고 사회공헌 확대 요구가 높아지면서 수익성 하락이 예상된다"고 말할 정도다.
Even SC Cheil Bank, which is considered the most successful in localization among foreign banks operating in Korea, even said in its business report that profitability is expected to fall as the public nature of finance is emphasized and calls for expanding social contributions are rising.
