헤어컷(Haircut): 유가증권의 종류와 위험도에 따라 가치를 평가해 특정
회사의 가치를 계산하는 방법. 유가증권의 위험도가 높을 때는 현재가격보다
낮은 가격이 적용된다. 이때 가격의 할인율을 헤어컷 비율이라고 한다.
제일은행과 서울은행 매각가 산정에 헤어컷 방식이 적용되고 있다.
