한편 강제 징용 피해자 측은 미쓰비시중공업이 대법원 판결 이행을 거부하자 미쓰비시가 소유하고 있는 한국 내 상표권 2건과 특허권 6건을 압류했으며 매각 절차에 앞서 협의를 요구했지만 받아들여지지 않았다.
