그룹·글로벌 투자금융그룹(GIB)과 개인자산관리(PWM)를 중심으로 매트릭스 조직을 강화한 것이 주효했다.

최근 국내 금융사들은 수장이 직접 연간 3∼4차례씩 해외 기업설명회(IR)에 나서 주요 금융기관과 기관투자가를 만나고 투자금융(IB)·연금 사업 부문 등에서 선진경영 노하우를 청취하는 등 적극적인 외부 활동을 펼쳐왔다.
Recently, domestic financial firms have been actively engaged in external activities, with the head directly attending overseas investor relations (IR) 3 to 4 times a year to meet with major financial institutions and institutional investors and listen to advanced management know-how in investment banking (IB) and pension business sectors.

PB와 투자상품 전문인력의 역량이 특정 부문에 치우치지 않고 개인금융, 기업금융과 글로벌금융, 투자금융(IB) 등 자산관리에 필요한 금융 전반에 걸쳐 고도의 전문성을 갖출 수 있도록 선발기준과 전문 교육과정도 확대·강화해 나갈 계획이다.
It is also planning to expand and strengthen the selection criteria and professional curriculum so that the capabilities of PB and investment product professionals are not biased in specific sectors and have high expertise in overall finance which is necessary for asset management such as personal banking, corporate banking, global banking, and investment banking (IB).

신설된 협의체 중 투자금융 부문은 전북은행, 광주은행, JB우리캐피탈 등이 참여한다.
Among the newly established consultative bodies, Jeonbuk Bank, Gwangju Bank, and JB Woori Capital will participate in the investment finance sector.
