The DOC vigorously enforces its APOs in order to maintain the integrity of the APO
process. It is imperative that we promptly respond to an allegation of an APO violation,
and take quick action to protect the information that may have been compromised. If a
party reports an apparent APO violation, the analyst must bring it to the immediate
attention of the APO office. If we determine that a problem may exist, the document in
question must be immediately removed from the public and official files. The APO
office will contact the parties involved immediately, and give instruction concerning the
retrieval and refiling of the document. Any reference to an alleged APO violation may
not appear on the record of the case in which it occurred. Once the matter has been
referred to the APO office, and the program manager advised, the analyst may not speak
with anyone about the incident. Any questions must be referred to the APO office.

지시하게 된다. APO위반에 대한 주장은 해당 케이스의 기록에 언급되지
않을지도 모른다. 일단 문제가 APO Office에 넘겨지고, 프로그램 관리자에게
통보되면, 분석관은 다른 사람에게 그 사건을 이야기하지 않는다. 어떤 질문
사항도 APO Office로 보내져야 한다.
