It is not at all difficult to understand that you were disappointed at
having to replace your clutch at your own expense after only 11,000
miles. It is certainly natural for you to feel this expense should have
been covered by the warranty.

In early September of last year word first reached us regarding the
problems with the clutch systems of the 300B and 800C models. We
immediately ordered all departments concerned to start working on a
prompt and effective solution, which culminated in the dispatch of a
special job mission on November 21.
