수원시 징수과 관계자는 "고의로 납부를 기피하는 비양심 체납자는 끝까지 체납액을 징수해 조세정의를 실현하고, 생활이 어려운 체납자에게는 체납처분 유예·경제 회생 등을 지원하는 맞춤형 징수 활동에 나서겠다"라고 말했다.

이 관계자는 "만약 코로나19 관련 보건복지부나 고용노동부 등 관계부처의 정책적 결정이 있는 경우 건보공단 차원에서 연체금 징수 예외 및 체납처분 유예 조치를 할 수 있다"고 설명했다.
