무관심한 사람이다. 그러므로 어떤 종류의 권력욕은 좋은 사회를 만들려는
사람들의 도구로 받아들여야 할 것이다. 그리고 모든 권력욕은, 좌절되지
않는 한, 노력과 관계가 있다.
