지하자원

지금은 광물 가격이 하향 안정화 추세이지만 지하자원은 유한하고 편재성이 높기 때문에 시기의 문제일 뿐 다시 자원파동이 재연될 확률이 매우 높다.
Currently, mineral prices are on a downward stabilized trend, but underground resources are limited and ubiquitous, so resource fluctuations are only a matter of time and there is a high possibility that they will recur.

제120조 ①광물 기타 중요한 지하자원·수산자원·수력과 경제상 이용할 수 있는 자연력은 법률이 정하는 바에 의하여 일정한 기간 그 채취·개발 또는 이용을 특허할 수 있다.
Article 120
(1) Licenses to exploit, develop or utilize minerals and all other important underground resources, marine resources, water power, and natural powers available for economic use may be granted for a period of time under the conditions as prescribed by Act.
②국토와 자원은 국가의 보호를 받으며, 국가는 그 균형있는 개발과 이용을 위하여 필요한 계획을 수립한다.
(2) The land and natural resources shall be protected by the state, and the state shall establish a plan necessary for their balanced development and utilization.
