결의문에는 건전경쟁을 위한 적정 사업비를 집행하고 설계사 스카우트 관련 부당행위와 과도한 시상·시책을 자제하는 한편 도덕적 해이를 유발할 수 있는 상품 개발을 지양하자는 내용 등이 담겼다.
The resolution calls for implementing appropriate project costs for sound competition, refraining from unfair practices, excessive awards and initiatives related to the recruitment of planners, as well as avoiding the development of products that can cause a moral hazard.

금감원 관계자는 "보험산업을 둘러싼 대내외 리스크가 커지고 있는 만큼, 업계가 외형 확대만을 위해 과열경쟁을 펼치는 것을 지양하고 건전성을 제고해 내실 있는 경영을 추구할 수 있도록 감독 및 검사역량을 집중하겠다"고 말했다.
A Financial Supervisory Commission official said, "As internal and external risks surrounding the insurance industry are growing, we will focus our supervisory and inspection capabilities on preventing the industry from overheating just to expand its outer appearance and to pursue stable management by enhancing its soundness."

베트남에 주재하고 있는 한 시중은행 관계자는 "한국인 기피 분위기가 있는 것은 사실"이라며 "주재원들도 현지인들과의 접촉을 가급적 지양하고 있다"고 전했다.
An official at a commercial bank in living in Vietnam said, "It is true that there is an atmosphere of avoiding Koreans," adding, "expatriates are also avoiding contact with locals as much as possible."
