condominium 이라고 해야 미국 사람들이 이해를 합니다. 미국의 아파
트에는 가구가 구비 된 것과 그렇지 않은 것으로 구별이 되고 침실의
갯수에 따라서 one bedroom apartment, two bedroom apartment로 나뉘
지요. 참고로 우리나라의 원룸 아파트처럼 부억과 침실의 구분이 없이
트인 주거 형태는 studio라고 합니다.

F42 강박 장애(Obsessive-compulsive disorder)

본질적 양상은 재발성 강박관념과 강박행위이다. 강박관념이란 환자의 생각을 판에 박은 일정한
형태로 몰입하려는 사상, 개념이나 충동으로써, 그것들은 환자에게는 근심거리가 되어 번번히 실패
하지만 이겨내려 노력한다. 그 관념은 본의 아니고 모순적이지만 환자 자신의 생각이라고 인지한다.
강박행동이나 의식은 자꾸 반복되는 판에 박은 듯한 것이다. 그러한 행위는 유쾌하지도 못하며 유용
한 일의 수행도 되지 못한다. 그 환자에 있어서 강박행위의 기능은 발생을 두려워하는 어떠한 일;
자신에게 해를 주거나 자신에 의해 생길지도 모르는 일; 을 방지하는 역할이다.
보통 강박행동은 무의미하고 쓸데없는 듯 인지되어 환자는 저항을 반복적으로 시도하게된다. 불안이
거의 변함없이 나타나며 강박행위를 막으면 불안증은 더 심해진다.

환자에게 근심이되는 생각이나 영상, 행위충동등의 형태를 나타낸다. 결정이 필요한 매일 매일의
생활을 사소하게 여기지 못하여 결정을 못내리고 끝없는 양자택일속에서 헤메게 된다. 강박성 반추
와 우울증은 밀접한 관련이 있어 우울성 에피소드가 없는 반추증일 때만 강박성 장애라 진단할
수 있다.
F42.1 강박행위[강박적 의식](Predominantly compulsive acts[obsessional rituals])
강박행위의 대부분은 씻는것(특히 손을 씻음), 잠재적 위험 상황이 발생하지 않도록 반복하여 점검
하거나, 질서 정연함과 단정함 등과 관련이 있다. 모호한 공개적 행동은 환자에게 혹은 환자에 의해
일어날 위험의 공포이며 위험을 피하기 위해 무익하며 상징적인 의식을 행하게 된다.

F65.0 여성물건애(Fetishism)
무생물을 성적각성과 희열의 자극제로 믿음. 숭배물은 사람의 몸의 연장으로써 옷이나 신는 것 등의
조각이다. 다른 일반적 예는 특수한 고무, 플라스틱, 가죽등 직물로 특징지어진다. 숭배물은 개개인에
있어서의 중요성에 따라 다양하다. 어떤경우 숭배물은 일상적 방법으로 얻어지는 성적흥분을 고취시
키는데 쓰인다. (예를 들어 상대방의 옷을 특별히 의상으로 가지는 것 등)
F65.1 여성물건애적 의상도착증(Fetishistic transvestism)
성적흥분을 얻기위해서나 이성으로 보여지기 위해 이성의 옷을 입는 행동. 성전환성 의상도착증과는
성적극치에 다다르거나 성적각성이 줄어 들면 옷을 벗어버리려는 강한 욕구와 성적 각성과의 연관성
에 의해 구별된다. 이것은 성전환증의 초기 발전시기에 일어날 수 있다.
의상도착성 여성물건애(Transvestic fetishism)
F65.2 노출증(Exhibitionism)
자신의 성기를 가까운 접촉을 시도하지는 않고 낮선 타인(주로 이성)이나 공공장소의 사람들에게
노출시키려는 지속적이고 재발적 경향. 반드시 그런것은 아니지만 노출시 성적흥분을 느끼며 자위행
위가 뒤따른다.
F65.3 관음증(Voyeurism)
성행위 중이거나 옷을벗는 행동과 비슷한 행위를 보려하는 지속적이고 재발적 경향. 관찰되는 사람
이 모르는 상태에서 행해지며 성적흥분과 수음행위로 이끌게 된다.
F65.4 소아 기호증(Paedophilia)
사춘기 이전이나 이른 사춘기 시기의 소년이나 소녀에 대한 성적 편애.
F65.5 가학-피학증(Sadomasochism)
고통을 주거나 굴욕, 속박이 내재된 성적활동을 좋아함. 만약 환자가 그러한 자극을 받기 좋아하면
피학대증이라 불리고 그 반대이면 가학대증이라 불린다. 환자는 종종 가학증 및 피학증 행위, 모두에
서 성적흥분을 느낀다.

F65.6 성 도착증의 다발성 장애(Multiple disorders of sexual preference)
한사람에게서 비정상적 성적편애가 한가지 이상 나타나며 그 어느 것도 우세한 증상으로 부각되지
않을때 쓰임. 배물증, 의상도착증과 가학대, 피학대 음란증이 가장 일반적 혼합형이다.

외설스러운 전화, 사람이 붐비는 공공장소에서 사람들에게 비비는 것, 동물과 의 성행위, 성적 흥분을
강렬하게 하기위해 무산소 상태나 목졸림을 이용하는 것 등의 행위를 포함하는 기타의 다양한 성
도착증의 양상을 말한다.
