경기도는 이처럼 등록임대주택에 거주하는 임차인이 임대료 혜택이나 거주기간 등 공적제도를 제대로 알지 못해 발생하는 피해사례가 생기지 않도록 임차인 권리를 적극 홍보하고 있다고 15일 밝혔다.
