condominium 이라고 해야 미국 사람들이 이해를 합니다. 미국의 아파
트에는 가구가 구비 된 것과 그렇지 않은 것으로 구별이 되고 침실의
갯수에 따라서 one bedroom apartment, two bedroom apartment로 나뉘
지요. 참고로 우리나라의 원룸 아파트처럼 부억과 침실의 구분이 없이
트인 주거 형태는 studio라고 합니다.
