알아둘 일
여기서는 이철수씨 측에서 적극적으로 조건을 제시하여 교섭을
리드해 가는 장면인데, 우선 기본적인 조건이 어떤 것인가를
진술하고, 계약금의 문제를 언급하면서, 이것을 지체없이 지불할
경우 가격인하에 까지 연결된다는 것을 말해 주고 상대에게
생각할 여지를 주고 있습니다. 일방적인 조건이 아니라, 어떤
