public disclosure. Proprietary classification means that the information is not available to
the public, is used under controlled circumstances in our proceeding, and is available to
counsel for an opposing party only under an APO (see Chapter 3). Under 19 CFR
351.304, the following types of information are examples of information eligible for
proprietary classification:
- business or trade secrets concerning the nature of a product or production
process
- production costs
- distribution costs (but not channels of distribution)
- terms of sale (but not terms to the public)
- prices of individual sales, likely sales, or offers
- names and other specific identifiers of particular customers, suppliers, or
distributors
- names of particular persons from whom proprietary information was obtained.

메타인지
- The ability to think with discernment about what one is thinking.
Some propose that meta-cognition represents the seventh and highest
level of learning outcomes in the cognitive domain-- the level of
understanding just beyond synthesis and evaluation.
사고과정에 대하여 통찰력을 갖고 사고하는 것. 메타인지는 인지영역에
있어서 7단계의 최고수준 - 종합과 평가를 넘어서는 이해 수준 - 의
학습성과를 대표한다는 주장도 있다.

메타인지(metacognition)는 학습 심리학자들이 "어떤 문제나 딜레마에
대하여 학습자가 어떻게 생각하고 있는가를 의식적으로 사고하고 있는

market breadth = 시장의 폭(the breadth of market)= 등락주선(등락종목수선) / ADL(Advanced - Decline - Line)이라고도 하며 시장의 자금이 어느 정도 주식시장으로 유입되고 있는지 아니면 유출되고 있는지를 판단할 수 있는 지표로 시장의 내부세력을 측정하는 데 가장 널리 이용되고 있다.
원리는 상승종목수에서 하락종목수를 차감하여 매일 누적할 경우 상승 종목이 상대적으로 많으면 시장내부로의 자금유입이 활발함을 의미하고 하락종목수가 상대적으로 많으면 반 대로 자금의 유출을 의미한다고 본다.
