구두나 서면으로 ‘알리다’의 뜻에서 tell은 일반적인 말이며, inform(알리다, 통지하다)은 약간 격식을 차리는 딱딱한 말로, 한 사실이나 사정에 관한 지식을 어느 사람한테 직접 전하는 것을 강조한다.

국내시장의 제1차 거래단계에서 기업 상호간에 거래되는 commodities(상품)의
평균적인 price change(가격변동)를 측정하기 위해 작성되는 지수.
옛 이름인 'wholesale price index(도매물가지수)'에서의 'wholesale(도매)'의
의미는 wholesaler(도매상) 또는 대리점에서의 판매를 의미하는 것이 아니라
대량거래가 이루어지는 생산자 단계의 판매를 의미한다는 뜻이다.
따라서 지수작성에 사용되는 가격은 제1차 거래단계의 가격, 즉 domestic
products(국내생산품)의 경우는 value-added tax(부가가치세)를 제외한
producer sale price(생산자판매가격, 공장도가격)를 원칙으로 하고 있다.
반면에 수입품의 경우는 importer sale price(수입업자 판매가격)를 원칙으로
하고, 이것이 불가능할 경우에는 다음 거래 단계인 대량도매상 또는
중간도매상의 판매가격을 이용한다. 그 대상범위가 광범위해 일반적인
national economy(국민경제) 물가수준의 변동을 측정할 수 있고 이에 따른

상반된 사회적 상호작용과 소통양상에서 제한되거나 정형적이고 흥미와 활동의 반복적 상연 등으로
대표되는 질적인 손상. 이런 질적인 장애는 모든 상황에서의 개인의 기능의 전체적인 양상이다.

F84.0 소아기 자폐증(Childhood autism)
사회적 상호작용, 소통, 제한되고 반복적 행동등과 같은 정신병리학상의 세가지 영역에서의 비정상
적 기능수행을 특징으로 하며 3세 이전에 표현되는 비정상적, 손상된 발달로 정의되는 만연된 발달상
의 장애. 이러한 특수 진단적 양상에 부가하여 기타 명시되지 않은 문제점의 동반이 일반적이다.
즉 공포증, 잠자기나 먹기장애, 화내는 기질과 공격성(자기를 향한) 등이 일반적으로 동반된다.

F84.1 비정형 자폐증(Atypical autism)
이러한 만연된 발달장애는 소아기 자폐증과는 발병연령이나 세가지 분류기준을 만족시키지 못하는
점에서 구별된다. 이것은 세살 이후에 발현되며 자폐증이란 진단에 요구되는 세가지 정신병리학적
기준(말하자면 사회상호작용의 상반성, 소통의 상반성, 제한되고 동일화된 반복적 행동)의 하나 혹은
두 개가 부족한 비정상적 발달이나 발달장애에 쓰이는 분류번호이다. 다른 영역의 장애는 특징적이
다. 비정형성 자폐증은 심(深)한 발육지체자나 중증 이해성 언어 특수 발달장애자에게서 종종 발생
한다.
비정형 소아기 정신병(Atypical childhood psychosis)
자폐성향의 정신 발육지체(Mental retardation with autistic features)

F84.2 레트 증후군(Rett's syndrome)
초기의 정상발달 후에 언어의 부분적 혹은 완전한 소실, 운동력 상실, 손의 사용 불능, 머리 성장의
퇴진 등의 증상이 나타나는 것으로 발병시기는 7개월에서 24개월 사이이며 여자에서만 나타난다.
의도적인 손 움직임의 상실, 손을 비트는 움직임과 과호흡이 특징적이다. 사회적인 놀이발달은
정지되나 사회적 흥미는 지속된다. 몸통 운동실조증과 실행증이 네살때부터 생기며 무도형 아테토이
드양 행동이 주로 뒤따른다. 중증의 정신발육지체이 거의 변함없이 나타난다.
F84.3 기타 소아기의 붕괴성 장애(Other childhood disintegrative disorder)
정상적 발달후 장애의 발병으로 몇 개월이 지난후 이전의 획득한 기술을 발달과정의 몇 몇 영역에서
잃어버리게 되는 만연된 발달장애이다. 전형적으로 환경에 대한 흥미의 전반적 소실, 상동성 반복적
운동양식, 사회적 소통과 상호작용의 자폐증성 장애로 특징지어진다. 어떤 경우 이 장애가 연관된
뇌병때문으로 나타날 수 있으나 진단은 행동양식에 기초하여 내려진다.
유아성 치매(Dementia infantilis)
붕괴성 정신병(Disintegrative psychosis)
헬러 증후군(Heller's syndrome)
공생적 정신병(Symbiotic psychosis)

F84.4 정신 발육지체 및 상동성 운동과 연관된 과활동성 장애(Overactive disorder associated with mental
retaration and stereotyped movements)
이것은 질병학적 타당도가 불확실한 별로 잘 정의되지 않은 장애이다. 이 항목은 중증 정신지둔(IQ50
이하)인 어린이가 상동성 행동과 주의력 장애, 과활동성 문제를 보일때 쓰인다. 그들에게는 각성제의
효과가 없는 경향이 있고 (IQ 정상범위의 환자에서는 그렇지 않지만) 자극이 주어졌을 때 중증의
신체 위화반응(때때로 정신운동 장애)을 보일수 있으며 청년기의 환자에서는 과활동성이 저활동성
으로 대치되는 수도 있다 (정상지능의 과활동성 어린이에서는 이러한 양상은 흔하지 않다).이 증후
군은 다방면의 특이적 혹은 전반적인 발달지체을 수반한다. 낮은 IQ 나 기질적 뇌손상이 행동양상에
어느 정도까지 영향을 미치는지는 알려지지 않고 있다.
F84.5 아스퍼거 증후군(Asperger's syndrome)
불확실한 질병학적 타당도의 장애로써 자폐증에 잘 나타나 듯이 상대적 사회상호작용과 이질적으로
제한되고 상동적인 흥미와 활동의 반복적수행를 특징으로 한다. 이것은 자폐증과는 언어나 인지능
력발달의 전반적 지체이나 지둔이 없다는 점에서 구별된다. 이 장애는 뚜렷하게 어색한 운동이
특징이다. 이런 비정상적 행동은 청년기나 성인기까지 지속되는 경향이 있다. 초기 성인기에는
정신병적 에피소드가 때때로 일어난다.
