(1) 사람은 환경의 산물이라고 심리학자들은 말한다. 한 개인의 행위와 세계에 대한 그의 태도형성에 직접적 영향을 미치는 주요요인으로는 부모, 이웃, 학교 등을 손꼽을 수 있는데, 그 가운데서도 특히 중요한 것은 가족이다. 그런데 오늘 가족이 가족보다 개인을 우위에 두려는 개인주의의 도전에 직면하고 있으며, 가족붕괴를 초래하고 있다.

→ 「가족붕괴를 초래하다」는 주어를 Individualism으로 본다면 The individualism has caused the family to disintegrate로 할 수 있고, 그밖에 Because of this individualism, the family is in the danger of disintegration.이라 표현할 수도 있다.

이를 인용해 한 변호사는 손보사가 선처리한 자차 비용을 대물보험사에 청구할 권리보다 보험가입자가 대물보험사로부터 자기부담금을 청구할 권리가 우선하는데도 그동안 손보사들은 계약자에게 돌려줘야 할 자기부담금을 편취했다고 주장했다.
Citing this, a lawyer claimed that insurance companies have taken the self-payment that should be returned to the contractor, even though the right of the policyholder to claim the self-payment from the property insurance company takes precedence over the right to claim the self-payment to the property insurance company.
