금감원은 "외국환거래법상 개인과 기업은 자본거래 등을 할 때 사전에 외국환은행장에게 신고해야 하며 해외직접투자, 해외부동산거래 등의 경우 최초 신고 뒤에도 거래단계별 보고 의무가 있다"고 주의를 당부했다.
"Under the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act, individuals and companies are required to report to the president of the foreign exchange bank in advance when conducting capital transactions, and in the case of direct overseas investment and overseas real estate transactions, they are obliged to report at each transaction stage even after the initial report," said the Financial Supervisory Service, entreating for caution.
한국은행이 19일 발표한 '2019년 11월중 거주자외화예금 동향'에 따르면 11월말 현재 외국환은행의 거주자외화예금은 748억7000만달러였다.
