주요 적발사례로 세금 8200만원을 체납중인 증권사 임원 A씨의 경우 주식과 예수금 28억원이 적발됐고, 중견기업 CEO인 B씨는 3억1000만원의 세금을 체납했으나 주식 등 58억원을 보유한 사실이 적발돼 즉시 압류 조치됐다.

저축은행 관계자는 "최근 신용등급 하락으로 은행 대출이 어려워지자 저축은행을 찾는 중소기업들이 늘고 있다"며 "저축은행들이 예대율 규제에 맞게 예수금을 확보하기 위해 예금 금리를 올리는 것"이라고 말했다.
