질병관리본부는 '말라리아 재퇴치 5개년 실행계획'을 마련했다고 17일 밝혔다.

시교육청 현경식 안전총괄과장은 "학교급별, 지역별 긴급 특별방역 실행계획을 마련하고 최대한 신속하게 2단계 특별방역을 진행할 계획이다"며 "현장점검단을 구성해 개학 이전인 2월 중으로 특별방역을 마쳐 학생들의 안전을 소중히 지켜나가겠다"고 말했다.
Hyeon Kyung-sik, head of safety general manager at the City Office of Education, said, "We plan to prepare an emergency special quarantine action plan for each school level and region and carry out the second stage of special quarantine as quickly as possible. We will form an on-site inspection team and complete special quarantine in February, before the start of school, to protect the safety of students."
지난 3월 24일 결핵예방의 날을 맞아 수립·발표한 <결핵안심국가 실행계획>에 필요한 법적·제도적 기반을 마련하기 위해 추진되었다.
