식품의약품안전처는 24일 여름 휴가철을 맞아 최근 전국의 해수욕장과 물놀이 시설, 고속도로 휴게소 음식점 등 총 1만286곳을 점검해 식품위생법을 위반한 141곳을 적발했다고 밝혔습니다.

독적인 매운맛으로 인기를 끌고 있는 마라탕 전문 음식점 가운데 절반 정도가 식품위생법을 위반한 것으로 나타났다.

식품의약품안전처는 "17개 지방자치단체와 함께 과자·초콜릿 등을 제조·판매하는 업체 3,600곳을 점검해 식품위생법 위반 업체 27곳을 적발했다"고 밝혔다.
The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety said, "With 17 local governments, 3,600 companies that manufacture and sell confectionery and chocolate were inspected and 27 companies violating the Food Sanitation Act were found."
최근 유행처럼 늘고 있는 마라탕 판매점들이 식품위생법을 위반해 무더기로 적발됐다.

경찰 관계자는 "식당 업주가 복어 조리 자격증을 소지하지 않고 복어를 요리해 식품위생법 위반 혐의와 과실치상 혐의 등의 적용을 검토하고 있다"고 말했다.
A police official said, "The restaurant owner made the dish with the blowfish without holding a license to cook blowfish and we are reviewing the application of charges for violating the Food Sanitation Act and charges for negligence."
