Another way governments can influence free trade is by limiting the quantities of specific items that can be imported.

Our South African importer has recently been approached by a

신청서의 구비사항

신청서에는 다음사항을 포함하고 있는가 :

소량화물의 혼재(Consolidation)
-
컨테이너 화물은 단일 하주의 화물량에 따라 FCL(Full Container Load)화물과
LCL(Less Than Container Load)화물로 분류할 수 있는데 중소하주들의 화물은 대
부분이 LCL화물에 불과하기 때문에 프레이트 포워더(Freight Forwarder)는
이들 LCL화물을 FCL화물로 조작하는 혼재기능을 수행한다.
-
이와 같은 혼재에는 두가지 종류가 있다.
-
① Buyer's Consolidation : 한 사람의 포워더가 수입업자(Buyer)로부터 위탁
을 받아 다수의 수출업자(Seller)로부터 화물을 집화하여 컨테이너에 혼재한 후
이를 수입업자에게 운송해 주는 형태로 이 경우 포워더는 보통 FCR(Forwarder's
Cargo Receipt)을 발행한다.
② Forwarder's Consolidation : 한 사람의 포워더가 다수의 수출업자로부터
화물을 집화, 혼재하여 수입국의 자기 파트너(또는 Agent)를 통해 다수의 수입업
자에게 수송해 주는 형태. 현재 우리나라 포워더의 대부분이 외국에 파트너를 두
고 화물집화 사업을 벌이고 있다.

한편 Forwarder's Consolidation중에서도 혼재화물 목적지가 항만으로 되어 있
는 것은 Port Consolidation 이라하며, 항만에 도착한 후 컨테이너에서 적출하여
다시 다른 목적지로 운송하는 것을 Multi Consolidation이라 한다.
