Other "control" classes got the state's routine health and
physical education classes, which featured little aerobic
activity. A third group of children was removed from class a
part of each day for individualized instruction from nurses,
plus the vigorous exercise.
In classes that got the heart-healthy education, students'
cholesterol dropped almost 12 points in just two months, lead
researcher Joanne Harrell reports in the journal Pediatrics.

수석 연구원인 조안 해럴이 잡지 페디아트릭스에 발표한 보고서에
의하면 심장 건강 교육을 받은 교실에서는 학생들의 콜레스테롤이
불과 두달만에 거의 12포인트 떨어졌다고 한다.

김은기 삼성증권 수석연구원은 "단기자금시장 경색으로 PF-ABCP가 롤오버에 어려움을 겪으면서 증권사가 실제 매입확약을 실행하는 경우가 발생하고 있다"고 전했다.
Kim Eun-ki, a senior researcher at Samsung Securities, said, "Securities firms are implementing actual purchase commitments as PF-ABCP is having difficulty in the roll over due to the tight short-term fund market."

임병철 부동산114 수석연구원은 "코로나19 확산으로 경기 침체가 장기화하고, 6월 전 양도소득세 혜택을 받기 위한 다주택자들의 급매물이 적체하면 1분기 가격 상승을 주도했던 노도강을 비롯해 서울 외곽지역의 상승세가 주춤해질 수 있다"고 설명했다.
Lim Byung-chul, a senior researcher at Real Estate 114, said, "If the economic downturn is prolonged due to the spread of Corona 19, and the urgent sale of multiple house owners to benefit from the transfer income tax before June backlogs, the rise in the outskirts of Seoul, including the Nodo River, which led the price increase in the first quarter, could slow down."

여경희 부동산114 수석연구원은 "서울 아파트 가격이 상승 전환됐지만 추격매수가 본격화되지 않아 추세 전환으로 해석하기는 이르다"고 말했다.
Yeo Kyung-hee, a senior researcher at Real Estate 114, said, "Apartment prices in Seoul have turned upward, but it is too early to interpret it as a shift in trend as the FOMO buying has not begun in earnest."

임병철 부동산114 수석연구원은 "재건축 시장이 가격 상승을 견인하는 가운데 '집값이 바닥'이라는 심리가 확산되면서 일반 아파트도 29주 만에 오름세로 돌아섰다"고 설명했다.
Lim Byung-chul, a senior researcher at Real Estate 114, explained, "While the reconstruction market is driving the price increase, general apartments have also turned upward for the first time in 29 weeks due to widespread sentiment that housing prices are at rock bottom."

정 수석연구원은 "거래소는 단순히 주식거래만 중개하는 게 아니라 자신들이 보유한 지수 데이터도 판매하면서 시장에서 점유율을 높이고 있다"며 "전체 주식투자 비중의 10% 정도를 거래소 주식에 걸어볼 만하다"고 했다.
"The exchange is not just mediating stock trading, but also increasing its share in the market by selling index data they own," senior researcher Chung said adding, "It is worth betting about 10% of the total stock investment on the stock exchange."

임병철 부동산114 수석연구원은 "정부 대책으로 인해 매수자들이 관망세로 돌아서면서 전세 시장이 요동치고 있다"며 "교통이나 학군이 우수한 지역의 신축 아파트를 중심으로 상승세가 이어지고 있다"고 말했다.

문병기 무역협회 수석연구원은 "자동차·가전제품·의류업종을 중심으로 수출 시장에서 가격 경쟁력이 올라갈 것"이라면서도 "국내외 무역분쟁이 확산되면서 수출이 빠르게 줄고 있는 만큼 기업들이 체감하는 원화 가치 하락 효과는 미미할 것"이라고 말했다.
Moon Byung-ki, a senior researcher at Korea International Trade Association, said, "Price competitiveness will rise in the export market, especially in the automobile, home appliances, and clothing industry," but added, "As exports are rapidly decreasing due to the spread of trade disputes at home and abroad, the effect of the won currency's depreciation will be small."
