분양가 상한제 확대 적용에 이어 김상조 청와대 정책실장이 "특정 지역의 고가 아파트 구매자들은 자금 출처를 밝혀야 한다"고 말하는 등 정부가 부동산 시장을 전방위로 압박하는 가운데 세무당국도 가세한 셈이다.

The real concern should be over whether the "economic difficulties suffered by the self-employed and small business owners including sluggish domestic demand" that tax authorities initially spoke about as they handed out these benefits have disappeared and whether "economic vitality" has been restored.
이와 관련, 세무당국 관계자는 "그간 근로소득자의 기타소득 필요경비 인정비율이 지나치게 높았다는 지적을 반영해 낮춘 것"이라고 설명했다.
Regarding this, a tax official explained, "It was lowered to reflect the criticism that the rate of recognition of other necessary expenses for earned income earners has been too high."
