직. 즉, "기초구조"를 말합니다. 이것이
경제용어로 쓰이게 되어 경제활동의 기반
을 형성하는 기초적인 시설을 의미하게
된 것입니다. (도로,항만,농업기반,공항,
하천...) 이처럼 경제활동의 밀접한 시설
을 가리키는데 최근에는 학교,병원,공원
과 같은 사회복지, 생활환경 시설 등을
여기에 포함시키고 있습니다.
