in House Document 103-316, vol.1); the WTO Antidumping Agreement (reprinted
in H. Doc 103-316, vol. 1 at page 1453)..
6. Attend as many IA and ITA training sessions as possible.
7. Attend a case hearing at the the DOC and the ITC.
8. Attend as many case-related meetings as possible.
9. Assist on as many different dumping proceeding actions as you can.
10. Maintain a case work file and index.
11. Prepare a court record.
12. Visit the IA Central Records Unit in Rooms B-099 and 1870 and the
Administrative Protective Order Office in Room 1870.
13. Go on a product-familiarization trip to a production facility.
14. Go on a verification trip.
15. Visit a U.S. Customs field office in a city where you are verifying to see how
Customs implements our directives for investigations and administrative reviews.

8. 사건관련 회의에 가급적 많이 참석하라.
9. 상이한 덤핑관련 조치를 가급적 많이 지원해 보라.
10. 사건 작업철과 색인을 유지하라.
11. 법원 기록을 준비하라.
12. 수입행정실 중앙기록관리소 B-099 및 1870호실과 행정보호명령담당관실
1870호실을 방문하라.
13. 제품에 익숙해지기 위해 생산시설을 방문하라.
14. 현장검증 방문을 하라.
15. 조사 및 행정재심을 위한 상무부의 지시를 세관에서 어떻게 시행하는

Movement Expenses

Movement expenses are expenses directly attributable to bringing the merchandise from the
original place of shipment to the place of delivery of the U.S. or foreign market sale. These
expenses may include freight and freight insurance charges, brokerage and handling fees, export
taxes, and warehousing expenses incurred after the merchandise leaves the original place of
shipment.

Normally, the product facility is considered to be the original place of shipment. However,
where export price, constructed export price, or normal value is based on a sale made by a
reseller unaffiliated with the producer, the Department may treat the place from which the
reseller shipped the merchandise as the original place of shipment. Sections 772)c)(2)(A) and
773(a)(6)(B)(ii) of the Act; section 351.401(e) of the regulations.)

운반비용(Movement Expenses)

운반비용은 상품을 판매장소에서 미국이나 외국시장판매의 인도장소
까지 운반하는데 필요한 비용이다. 이 비용에는 상품이 판매장소를 떠난
후에 발생하는 운반비, 운송보험료, 중개료와 취급비용, 수출세, 창고비용
등이 포함된다.

보통 생산시설을 판매장소로 간주한다. 그러나 수출가격, 구성수출
가격이나 정상가격이 생산자와 특수 관계없는 재판매상에 의한 판매에
기초하였다면 상무부는 재판매상이 상품을 판매한 장소를 판매장소로
