Korea, being a non-standing executive member of the ILO, has an

이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 소속국의 기업이 상대국가에서 사업을 영위할 경우 현지 보증기관에서 보증을 지원하는 '국제상호보증' 도입을 적극 추진하기로 했다.
