임무의 수행등이 모두 제약받는다. 철자(Spelling)어려움이 특수 독서장애에 수반되는 증상이며 독
서능력의 진전이 있더라도 청년기까지 잔류한다. 특수 독서발달장애는 일반적으로 말하기와 언어발
달장애의 과거력이 선행한다. 학령기에는 연관된 정서적, 행동적장애가 일반적이다.
