Telecommunication) licensing concluded, all eyes are now on who
will win the license for satellite broadcasting which will be
decided tomorrow.
IMT-2000 (차세대 이동통신)사업자 선정 경쟁이 끝나자 모든 관심은
이제 내일 결정될 예정인 위성 방송 사업자에 어느 업체가 선정될
것인지에 몰려 있다.
At the center of the focus is LG, which is leading one of the two
consortiums for a single license since it lost the IMT-2000 license
to Korea Telecom by a slim margin.
단독 사업자 선정을 위한 두 컨소시엄 가운데 하나를 이끌고 있는 LG가
IMT-2000 사업자 선정에서 근소한 차이로 한국통신에 패했기 때문에

the satellite broadcasting license, although the case would be
similar for SK Telecom if KSB wins.
