박상영 통계청 가계수지동향과장은 "정부의 기초노령연금, 실업급여 확대 등 소득보전 노력이 1차 요인"이라면서 "부정적 이유이지만 작년 1분위 근로소득, 사업소득 급락세가 올해 들어 둔화된 영향도 있다"고 말했다.
