금융위원회와 금융감독원은 6일 한국거래소, 국제금융센터, 증권사 관계자가 참석한 가운데 김태현 금융위 사무처장 주재로 '코로나19 금융상황 점검회의'를 열고 이같이 강조했다.
The Financial Services Commission and the Financial Supervisory Service held a meeting, on the 6th, titled "Inspection on the Financial Situation amid COVID-19", presided over by Kim Tae-hyun, secretary general of the Financial Services Commission, attended by officials from Korea Exchange, the Korea Center for International Finance, and securities firms.

민병두 정무위원장과 김태현 금융위원회 사무처장을 비롯한 금융정책·감독당국 담당자, 저축은행 등 유관기관 임직원들이 다수 참석했다.
Several executives and employees of related agencies, including Min Byung-doo, chairman of the political affairs committee, Kim Tae-hyun, secretary-general of the Financial Services Commission, and financial policy and supervisory authorities, and savings banks, attended the meeting.

정형준 인도주의실천의사협의회 사무처장은 "의료행위는 경제학적으로 원가가 많이 들어가게 되기 때문에 특히 외상환자나 희소질환은 경제 논리로 접근해서는 안 된다"며 "공익, 인권의 측면에서 접근해야 한다"고 주장했다.
Jung Hyung-joon, Secretary General of the Association of Physicians for Humanism, argued, "Because medical activities cost a lot economically, especially trauma patients or rare diseases should not be approached with economic logic. We should approach it in terms of public interest and human rights."

이에 대해 정형준 인도주의실천의사협의회 사무처장은 "정부가 원격의료에 대한 장밋빛 환상을 갖고 있다"고 일축했다.
In response, Chung Hyung-joon, secretary-general of the Council of Humanitarian Physicians, dismissed the request, saying, "The government has a rosy illusion about telemedicine."

제108조 대법원은 법률에서 저촉되지 아니하는 범위안에서 소송에 관한 절차, 법원의 내부규율과 사무처리에 관한 규칙을 제정할 수 있다.
Article 108
The Supreme Court may establish, within the scope of Act, regulations pertaining to judicial proceedings and internal discipline and regulations on administrative matters of the court.

제113조 ①헌법재판소에서 법률의 위헌결정, 탄핵의 결정, 정당해산의 결정 또는 헌법소원에 관한 인용결정을 할 때에는 재판관 6인이상의 찬성이 있어야 한다.
Article 113
(1) When the Constitutional Court makes a decision of unconstitutionality of an Act, a decision of impeachment, a decision of dissolution of a political party or a decision accepting constitutional petition, the concurrence of six Justices or more shall be required.
②헌법재판소는 법률에 저촉되지 아니하는 범위안에서 심판에 관한 절차, 내부규율과 사무처리에 관한 규칙을 제정할 수 있다.
(2) The Constitutional Court may issue rules and regulations relating to its proceedings and internal discipline and regulations on administrative matters within the limits of Act.
③헌법재판소의 조직과 운영 기타 필요한 사항은 법률로 정한다.
(3) The organization, administration and other necessary matters of the Constitutional Court shall be determined by Act.
