시행되는 자산 건전성 정도에 대한 새로운 분류기준.

dishonored assets(부실자산)의 발생을 사전 예방하고
이미 발생한 dishonored assets의 조기 정상화를 촉진함으로써
financial institutions 자산운용의 건전화를 도모하기
위해 마련한 제도이다.
