P&A(Purchase And Assumption)& Bad bank(배드뱅크):P&A란 부실
금융기관의 자산과 부채를 우량금융기관에 인수시키는 것. 금융감독위원회는
부실 금융기관을 정리 할 때 폐쇄나 인수합병보다 이 방식을 우선 적용할
방침이다. P&A를 할 때 팔리지 않는 부실자산과 부채만을 인수하는 기관을
배드뱅크라고 한다.
자산보유자의 부실자산 유동화 등 도덕적 해이를 방지하기 위해 자산보유자가 유동화증권의 신용위험을 일부 부담하는 위험보유규제도 도입된다.
