Because labor-management disputes partly result from social conflicts, the
govenmenment has to prepare various methods, including closing insolvent
companies and taxation reform, to relieve them.

턴어라운드(Turnaround): 파산 직전의 회사가 다시 되살아나는 것을
턴어라운드라고 하며 부실기업 회생전문가를 턴어라운드 스페셜리스트라고
한다.
한 사모펀드(PEF)의 관계자는 "무늬가 정상기업이라지만 실상은 부실기업인 만큼 차등감자를 포함해 어떤 방식으로든 기존 경영진의 경영실패 책임을 물어 구주 인수 부담을 낮춰야 거래가 가능할 것"이라고 말했다.
