가 없음을 확인하여 임대여부를 결정한다. 그러나 이것도 인
기있는 아파트의 경우에 한정되며 모두가 그런 것은 아니라
한다. 그리고, 우리의 경우처럼 분양받아 소유를 하는 것을
condominium(분양맨션)이라 한다.
미국에는 전세가 없다. 그리고 계약서가 까다로와 입주시와
집을 비워줄 때의 변동사항에 대해 일일이 체크해 변제받는
철저함을 보인다.

정부공직자윤리위원회가 26일 관보에 공개한 2020년도 정기재산변동사항에 따르면 김 장관의 재산은 지난해 11월 공개 당시 대비 3억9745만원 증가한 19억4000만원으로 신고됐다.
