거래소의 한 관계자는 "연기금 등 주요 기관이 벤치마크 지수로 코스피200 외에도 코스닥 주요 종목이 편입된 KRX300이나 코스닥 150을 활용하면 패시브자금이 유입돼 코스닥시장의 버팀목 역할이 가능할 것"이라고 강조했다.
"If major institutions, including pension funds, use KRX300 or KOSDAQ 150, which includes major KOSDAQ stocks, in addition to KOSPI 200, passive funds will flow in and serve as a prop for the KOSDAQ market," said an official at the exchange.
