지원해 이를 육성한후 투자자본을 회수하는 자금공급기관 혹은 이러한
기관의 자금.
스톡옵션(stock option)(주식매수 청구권):회사의 설립과 경영 기술혁신 등에
기여했거나 기여할 능력을 갖춘 임직원에게 자사주식을 싸게 살 수 있는
권리를 주는 제도. 마이크로소프트, 인텔, IBM등 대부분의 정보통신기업들이
이 제도를 시행하고 있다. 국내에서는 1997년4월부터 증권거래법 개정에
따라 이 제도를 도입할 예정이다. 특히 벤처기업을 중심으로 확산될 것으로
보인다. 이는 이런 조건으로 회사밖에서 우수한 인재를 스카우트할 수 있어
고용제도의 유연성 유지에도 도움이 된다. 그동안 법으로 금지되었던
이재도가 최근 일본에서 연내에 허용하기로 방침을 정했다는 보도도 있다.
스핀-오프(Spin-Off)제도:정부출연연구소의 연구원이 기술개발 프로젝트에
참여했다가 그 연구결과를 갖고 창업하면 기술사용료를 면제해주는 제도.
