제주항공은 인수를 위해 내부적으로 꾸린 태스크포스팀(TFT)이 이스타항공의 실물 데이터룸을 살펴보고 있으며 법률자문사 광장과 논의를 진행 중인 것으로 알려졌다.
Jeju Air is reportedly looking at Eastar Jet's real data room by the task force team (TFT) internally set up for the acquisition and is in talks with the legal counsel square.
Francis Gurry, chief legal counsel and WIPO assistant director general,
told Reuters: ``We expect a decision rapidly. It is done on the basis of
documents only, without a hearing.
``But if there is a significant volume of cases, we will gather the panel
members together to review them in batches.
``If some indications prove correct, there could be significant demand at
least initially,'' added Gurry, an Australian. ``Then there will be a
deterrent effect of the procedure which would discourage people from
cyber-squatting.''
WIPO의 프란시스 거리(Francis Gurry) 수석 법률자문관이자 사무차장은
"결정이 빨리 내려질 것"이라며 "이는 청문절차 없이 서류에 의해서만
내려지며 조정건수가 많을 경우에는 패널구성원 전체가 참여해 한꺼번에
심사한다고 밝혔다. 그는 "신청인의 어떤 주장들이 타당한 지 가려지면 상대방은
여기에 해명해야하는 등 상당한 부담을 안게 된다"며 "이 때문에 조정절차가
사이버스쿼팅을 억제하는 효과를 갖는다"고 설명했다.
