legal은 성문법이나 그 시행에 관계가 있는 것, 또는 그에 합치하는 것을 가리킨다.
ex) legal rights/ a legal marriage
lawful은 법률의 문장의 측면보다 그 실질적 원칙에 합치하는 것을 암시하고, 전반적으로 법률에 위반하지 않는 것을 모두 가리킨다. legal은 언제나 공식적인 법에 합치하는 것을 의미하나, lawful은 주로 도덕적·종교적 계율에 합치하는 것을 의미하는 데 사용한다.
ex) lawful heir/ a lawful but shady enterprise(합법적이기는 하나 미심쩍은 기업)/ That man was not Miss. Kim's lawful husband.
licit는 무역·상업·개인적 관계 등에 법률에 엄밀히 합치하는 것을 가리키지만, licit or illicit(합법적이거나 위법적이거나)라는 구로 사용되는 경우말고는 흔히 사용되지 않는다. 특히 어떤 일이 이행·실행되어야 할 방식·절차에 관한 법의 규정에 엄밀히 합치하는 것을 암시하고, 법으로서 규정된 것에 관해서 쓰인다. 이를테면, a licit marriage(합법적 결혼)는 교회법(canon law)에 따라서 거행하는 결혼식에 뒤따르는 모든 선행조건과 모든 필요조건을 갖춘 결혼이다.
legitimate는 근본적으로 법률상 결혼한 부모에게서 난 아이에게 적용되지만, 또한 왕위·상속·재산 같은 것에 대한 법적 권리를 가진 사람에 관해서도 사용된다.
ex) the legitimate monarch/ the legitimate heir of an estate
또한 법으로서 인정되는 것만이 아니고, 관습·전통·권위자로서 인정·용인되는 것 또는 논리적으로 허용되는 것을 가리킨다.
ex) A lie may be considered legitimate if a patient's restoration to health depends on it.
금융사들이 상품이 가진 위험성에 대한 제대로 된 설명 없이 판매에만 집중해 '자본시장법위반'과 '특정경제범죄가중처벌등에 관한 법률상 사기'를 저질렀다는 주장이다.

Constructed Export Price Offset

When it is not possible to base normal value and export price (CEP or CEP) on sales at the same
level of trade, the law provides, subject to certain conditions, for an adjustment to normal value.
However, where the Department establishes different functions at the different levels of trade,
but the data available do not form an appropriate basis for determining a level of trade
adjustment, the law provides for a limited adjustment in the form of the "constructed export price
offset." This adjustment does not apply in export price comparisons, and the Department will
make the adjustment only when normal value is established at a level of trade more remote from
the factory than the level of trade of the constructed export price. The offset is a deduction from
normal value in the amount of indirect selling expenses incurred in the comparison market. The
amount of this deduction may not exceed (i.e., it is "capped" by) the amount of indirect selling
expenses deducted in calculating constructed export price. (Section 773(a)(7)(B) of the Act and

구성수출가격 상계(Constructed Export Price Offset)

동일한 거래단계에서의 판매에 대한 정상가격과 수출가격(또는 구성수
출가격)을 비교할 수 없을 때에는 일정한 조건을 충족한 경우 정상가격
을 조정하는 것이 법률상 허용되어 있다. 그러나 상무부가 상이한 거래
단계에서의 서로 다른 기능들이 존재함을 입증하였지만 거래단계차이 조
정을 위한 적절한 자료가 없을 경우 "구성수출가격 상계(offset)"의 형태
로 제한적인 조정을 하게 된다. 이 조정은 수출가격비교에는 적용되지
않으며 상무부는 정상가격이 구성수출가격의 거래단계보다 공장도에서 먼
거래단계에서 이루어졌을 때에만 이 조정을 반영한다. 구성수출가격
상계는 정상가격으로부터 비교시장에서 발생한 간접판매비 금액만큼
차감하는 것을 말한다. 이때의 차감금액은 구성수출가격을 계산할 때 차감
되는 간접판매비금액을 초과할 수 없다. (법 제773조(a)(7)(B), 규칙(19

제54조 ①국회는 국가의 예산안을 심의·확정한다.
Article 54
(1) The National Assembly shall deliberate and decide upon the national budget bill.
②정부는 회계연도마다 예산안을 편성하여 회계연도 개시 90일전까지 국회에 제출하고, 국회는 회계연도 개시 30일전까지 이를 의결하여야 한다.

2. 법률상 지출의무의 이행
3. 이미 예산으로 승인된 사업의 계속
(3) If the budget bill is not passed by the beginning of the fiscal year, the Executive may, in conformity with the budget of the previous fiscal year, disburse funds for the following purposes until the budget bill is passed by the National Assembly:
1. The maintenance and operation of agencies and facilities established by the Constitution or Act;
2. Execution of the obligatory expenditures as prescribed by Act; and
3. Continuation of projects previously approved in the budget.
