(two-step flow of information)이론에 의하면 송신자로부터 나온 정보는
먼저 매스커뮤니케이션 미디어를 통한 사회 속의 소수의 부분에 도달하고,
그후에 opinion leader와 그 밖의 수신자와의 개인적 커뮤니케이션에 의해
메시지의 전달, 즉 정보의 2단계 흐름이 생기는 것이다. 소수의 부분인
opinion leader는 사회, 경제적 분류에서 보면 사회적 지위, 교육 정도가
높고 자유업에 종사하는 사람. 심리적 분류에서 보면 혁신 적, 모험적인
사람이 이에 속한다.
매스 미디어 massmedia
TV, 라디오, 신문, 잡지 등으로 대표되는, 정보를 불특정 다수에게
전달하는 수단. 미디어(media)는 mediam의 복수 형. 따라서 매스
미디어라는 경우는 2개 이상의 매체를 가리킬 때 사용하는 것이 바르다.
인적 미디어
personal media. 판매 촉진을 위해 활동하는 사람들을 매체라고 하는 말.

4) Abc 추천 광고 ( 이하 “ 추천 버튼 ”), 이들 각각은 귀하가 지정한 웹사이트, 미디어 플레이어, 비디오 컨텐츠 및 / 또는 모바일 컨텐츠 관련하여 또는 Abc가 서면 ( 이메일 포함 ) 으로 명백히 승인한 그러한 기타 자산 (properties)( 그러한 기타 자산, 이하 “ 다른 자산 ”), 그리고 Atom, RSS 또는 그러한 웹사이트, 미디어 플레이어, 비디오 컨텐츠, 모바일 컨텐츠 및 / 또는 다른 자산을 통하여 배포된 기타 피드 (feeds), 미디어 플레이어, 비디오 컨텐츠, 모바일 컨텐츠 및 / 또는 다른 자산 ( 그러한 각각의 웹사이트, 미디어 플레이어, 비디오 컨텐츠, 모바일 컨텐츠, 다른 자산 또는 피드, 이하 “ 자산 ”).
For the avoidance of doubt, any reference in this Agreement or the Program Policies to an individual “Web page”, “Web site”, “Web site page” or the like that is part of the Property will also mean feeds and media players distributed through such Web site.

You acknowledge and agree that the Ads will be displayed on the Property in a video format approved by Abc, and that such Ads: (i) shall only be displayed in connection with the Property(ies) and non-advertisement video content (collectively “Video Media”), all of which is subject to review and approval by Abc in its discretion at any time; and (ii) shall only be requested in connection with end user initiated Video Media. In addition, You agree that You may only display one (1) Ad Unit within Your media player at any single time, unless otherwise approved by Abc in writing.

In addition, to the extent that Your Site is a media player (1) You represent and warrant that You have a valid license to use and distribute such media player (including all content therein, including without limitation any Ads or Ad Units) for the purposes of this Agreement and the Program; and (2) You shall ensure that any media player(s) that constitute the Site shall comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. You further represent and warrant that each Property and any material displayed therein: (i) comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations; (ii) do not breach and have not breached any duty toward or rights of any person or entity including, without limitation, rights of intellectual property, publicity or privacy, or rights or duties under consumer protection, product liability, tort, or contract theories; and (iii) are not pornographic, hate-related or otherwise violent in content.

15. Abc Rights.

You acknowledge that Abc owns all right, title and interest, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below), in and to the Program (including Abc's ad serving technology, search technology, referral technology, and Brand Features, including implied licenses, and excluding items licensed by Abc from third parties and excluding any third party media player that may comprise the Property), and that You will not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the Program except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

11.3 You understand that Abc, in performing the required technical steps to provide the Services to our users, may (a) transmit or distribute your Content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this licence shall permit Abc to take these actions.
