Translators who are needed for verification purposes are generally retained by the U.S.
Embassy in the relevant country. The analyst is responsible for getting the translator to
sign an "Interpreter's Agreement," a copy of which is provided as Attachment 1 to this
chapter. In addition to the "Interpreters Agreement", translator must sign a "Certification
of Compliance" when the verification is completed. A sample of the "Interpreter's
Certification of Compliance" is provided as Attachment 3 to this chapter.
검증목적에 필요한 통역사는 일반적으로 관련국내의 미국대사관이 계속
고용하고 있다. 분석관은 통역사가 이장의 첨부2에 따라 준비된 "통역사의
동의서"에 서명토록 할 의무가 있다. "통역사의 동의서"에 덧붙여 통역사는
검증이 끝나면 이행증명서 (Certificate of Compliance)에 서명해야 한다. 이행
