월스트리트저널(WSJ)은 15일 샌프란시스코 연방은행이 새로운 보고서에서 지난 2008년 금융위기 당시 마이너스 금리를 취했다면 금융시장 경색 해소와 물가상승률을 연준 목표치로 끌어올리는 데 도움이 됐을 것이란 결론을 내렸다고 보도했다.
