"판·시트(sheet)·스트립·박(箔)"이란 평판 모양의 제품(가공하지 않은 물품은 제외한다)으로서 코일 모양인지에 상관없으며, 횡단면에 중공(中空)이 없는 직사각형(정사각형은 제외한다)인 것(마주보는 두 변이 볼록한 호(弧) 모양이고, 다른 두 변은 직선이고, 길이가 같고 평행한 "변형된 직사각형"을 포함한다)으로 둥근 모양의 모서리를 가지는 것인지에 상관없으며 두께가 균일한 것으로서 다음과 같은 것을 말한다. － 직사각형(정사각형을 포함한다) 모양인 것은 두께가 폭의 10분의 1 이하인 것으로 한정한다. - 직사각형이나 정사각형이 아닌 다른 모양의 것은 그 크기에 상관없다. 다만, 다른 호에 해당하는 물품이나 제품의 특성이 있는 것은 제외한다. 판ㆍ시트(sheet)ㆍ스트립ㆍ박(箔)이 분류되는 호는 특히 판ㆍ시트(sheet)ㆍ스트립ㆍ박(箔)으로서 무늬가 있는 것[예: 홈·리브(rib)ㆍ체크무늬ㆍ물방울무늬ㆍ단추무늬ㆍ마름모꼴무늬]과 이것에 구멍을 뚫은 것·물결 모양을 낸 것·연마한 것이나 도포한 것에 적용한다. 다만, 다른 호에 해당하는 물품이나 제품의 특성이 있는 것은 제외한다.

마. 관(管)
(e) Tubes and pipes
"관(管)"이란 전체 길이에 걸쳐 하나의 중공(中空)을 가지는 제품으로서 코일 모양인지에 상관없고 그 횡단면이 균일하며, 원형ㆍ타원형ㆍ직사각형(정사각형을 포함한다)ㆍ정삼각형ㆍ볼록정다각형 모양으로서 그 벽의 두께가 균일한 것을 말한다. 횡단면이 직사각형(정사각형을 포함한다)ㆍ정삼각형ㆍ볼록정다각형인 물품은 전체 길이를 통하여 모서리가 둥근 모양일수도 있는데, 횡단면의 내측과 외측이 동심(同心)이고 동일한 모양과 방향성을 가지고 있는 경우에는 관(管)으로 본다. 위와 같은 횡단면을 가진 관(管)들은 연마한 것, 도포한 것, 구부린 것, 나선가공한 것, 구멍을 뚫은 것, 웨이스트한(waisted) 것, 익스팬디드한(expanded) 것, 원추형으로 한 것, 플랜지(flange)·고리·링을 붙인 것도 있다.

- 정발제
위로 모발을 물리적으로 밀착, 고정함을 목적으로 하는 모(毛) 정발제는 수분, 유분, 광택, 향 등이 첨가되어 모발을 보호하며, 헤어스타일을 정돈시키므로 이를 정발제라 한다.
① 헤어 오일(hair oil)
헤어 오일은 담황색이나 황녹색의 투명한 두발용 기름으로서 모발에 유분을 주어 적당한 광택과 유연성을 유지시킴으로서 두발을 보호함과 동시에 정발하기 쉽게 하는 목적으로 사용한다.
② 헤어 크림(hair cream)
끈적이며 불쾌감을 주는 헤어 오일의 결점을 없애기 위해 기름을 물과 함께 유화한 것으로서 모발에 유분과 수분을 주어 광택과 유연성을 유지시키며, 모발을 보호함과 동시에 정발이 용이하다. 헤어 오일에 비해 헤어 크림은 유성성분이 없으므로 쉽게 머리카락을 세척시킬 수 있으며 적당한 정발력에 의해 유연하고 촉촉한 감촉과 광택을 준다.
③ 포마드(pomade)
유성 물질을 주원료로 하는 포마드는 젤리 상으로서 약간 굳은 반고체상인 유성의 정발제이며, 모발에 유분을 흡수시켜 광택과 정발력을 뛰어나게 한다.
④ 수용성 포마드
수용성 포마드는 계면활성제를 사용하여 유성 원료를 물(H2O) 중에 가용화 시켜, 투명한 겔상인 정발제로서 헤어 솔리드(hair solid)라고도 한다. 일반적으로는 외관이 포마드와 비슷하다. 수용성이므로 수용성 포마드 또는 워터 그리스(water grease) 등으로 불리며, 원료로서 유동 파라핀 올리브 유, 고급 알코올 등의 유성 물질 외에 정제수, 계면활성제 등을 첨가한다. 따라서 원료는 헤어 크림과 비슷하나 계면활성제는 유화제가 아닌 가용화 작용이 있는 겔화제로, 정발력은 떨어지지만, 끈적임이 없어 가벼운 느낌의 정발 효과가 있다.
⑤ 헤어 리퀴드(hair liquid)
shampoo 후 젖은 모발에 헤어 리퀴드를 모근 쪽으로 도포한 후 dry하면, 드라이어의 열로부터 두발을 보호하고 적당한 점착성과 정발력에 의해 자연스러우며 가벼운 느낌으로 정발 된다. 때문에 헤어 리퀴드는 헤어 브로우(hair blow)라고도 하며, 대표적인 정발제로서 헤어로션(hair lotion)이라고도 하며 널리 사용되고 있다.
⑥ 세트 로션(set lotion)
세트 로션을 도포한 두발에 roller 등으로 winding시나 brushing 등의 기술적인 작업으로서 건조시키면, 두발 표면에 얇은 피막이 생겨 curl이나 wave 등이 일시적으로 강하게 고정된다.
세트 로션은 피막을 구성하는 점액질을 포함한 에탄올과 정제수의 혼합액으로서 유연제, 계면활성제, 방부제 등이 배합되어 있다. 피막은 현재 합성 점액질이 사용되며, 유연제는 두발을 유연하게 하여 정발하기 쉽게 함과 동시에 피막에 가역성을 줄 목적으로 글리세린 등의 다가알코올과 라놀린 등이 사용된다. 액상이 아닌 투명한 겔상이므로 set lotion이라 한다.
⑦ 헤어 스프레이(hair spray)
헤어 스프레이는 reset된 hair style 표면에 균일하게 분무되어 얇은 피막이 형성되므로 hair style 유지를 더욱 지속시켜준다. 건조가 빠르며 습기로부터 헤어스타일을 보호하며 유연성과 가벼움을 주는 헤어 스프레이는 원액이 분사제와 함께 내압용기에 봉입 되어 있으며 이 분사제로서 액화석유가스(LPG)가 주로 사용되고 있다.
⑧ 헤어 젤(hair gel)
모발에 볼륨감과 임의의 hair style을 만들어 주며 촉촉함과 윤기를 준다.
⑨ 헤어 폼(hair foam)(같은 의미로 프랑스어인 무스(mousse)는 원래 거품이 나는 크림, 비누거품등의 뜻이 있다)
포상 정발료의 총칭으로서 에어졸 금속 캔에 정발 기능을 지닌 원액과 액화 가스가 들어간 것으로서 원액이 분출됨과 동시에 원액부에 내포되어 있던 액화가스가 대기압하에서 기화함으로서 원액을 팽창 시켜 포말상이 된다.
- 라미네이팅(laminating)
라미네이팅이란 보호 또는 보존을 필요로 하는 내용물을 폴리에스텔 등의
투명한 얇은 필름 사이에 끼운 후 붙이는 것을 말한다.
- 열 라미네이팅(hot laminating)
라미네이팅 시 열과 압력을 가하여 접착하는 것을 말한다.
* HOT ROLLER 방식 : 롤러에 열을 가하여 가열된 롤러가 필름을 눌러주면서
압착시켜주는 방법이다.
* HEAT PLATE 방식 : 롤러에는 직접 열을 가하지 않고 원고를 넣은 필름을
롤러와 롤러 사이에 있는 가열된 열판을 통과시킴으로써 필름을 붙여주는
방식이다. Hot Roll 방식처럼 눌러주는 것이 없어 원고가 필름의 크기보다
작을 경우 기포가 생길 수 있는 단점이 있으나, 값이 저렴하므로 사무실 등
일반적인 원고를 라미네이팅 하는 곳에 적합하다.
* RUTHENOX : 최근에 GMP에서 Hot Roll 방식과 Heat Plate 방식의 장점만
뽑아서 새로 개발한 히터이다. 롤러에 직접 열을 가하는 것이 아니고
롤러를 감고 있는 열판이 롤러에 열을 가한 후, 롤러가 필름을 눌러주면서
압착시켜는 방식이다. 열판이 롤러를 가열시켜므로 비용이 저렴하면서도
롤러가 필름을 눌러주기때문에 기포가 생기지 않고 깔끔하게 코팅이
이루어지는 획기적인 방법이라 할 수 있다.
- 무열 라미네이팅(cold laminating)
열을 가하지 않는 대신 필름에 점착제가 도포되어 있어, 이형지를 분리한 후
필름과 이형지 사이에 원고를 넣고 압력을 가하여 라미네이팅하는 것을 말한다.
- 마운팅
하드보드(자사제품:라미보드, 폼보드)지 등의 두꺼운 원고를 라미네이팅하는 것을 말한다.
