Moreover, since all knights errant in the stories are represented

More especially, he is vexed because his illegitimate daughter must

In a rare show of consensus, a vast majority of people in most
social sectors agree that harsh punishment should be meted out to the
participants in the violent, illegal demonstrations. Unusually, the
opposition parties have joined the government and ruling party in
condemning the militant students, who threw stones and firebombs at
riot police, beat them with steel pipes, illegally occupied university
buildings and destroyed school furniture and other fixtures.

More and more people express concern about the appropriate balance of work with leisure and other aspects of their lives.
Thus, they may be less willing to accept overtime assignments or to work long hours or weekends.
Further, there are growing numbers of single-parent families and families in which both spouses work.
A record 6 out of 10 mothers with children under eighteen years old were in the labor force in 1984, compared with only 4 out of 10 in 1970.
These trends create pressures on organizations to be flexible enough in working hours so that children can be picked up from school or taken to the doctor or dentist.
There are also more pressures on organizations and communities to provide day-care centers.

How delightful is the company of generous people, who overlook trifles and
keep their minds instinctively fixed on whatever is good and positive in
the world about them. People of small caliber are always carping.
They are bent on showing their own superiority, their knowledge or prowess
or good breeding. But magnanimous people have no vanity, they have no
jealousy, they have no reserves, and they feed on the true and the solid
wherever they find it. And, what is more, they find it everywhere.

It is a common saying that thought is free. A man can never be hindered
from thinking whatever he chooses so long as he conceals what he thinks.
The working of his mind is limited only by the bounds of his experience
and the power of his imagination. But this natural liberty of private
thinking is of little value. It is unsatisfactory and even painful to
the thinker himself, if he is not permitted to communicate his thoughts
to others, and it is obviously of no value to his neighbors. Moreover it
is extremely difficult to hide thoughts that have any power over the mind.

He is a fool, moreover a coward.

I very much appreciate the honor of being invited to the wedding
ceremony and reception of your son on April 26. I know how happy you
must be. I also know how busy you must be attending to the arrangements
on top of your heavy business schedule.

I have no car, still less money.

I can barely remember life without television. I have spent 20,000 hours
of my life in front of television. Not all my contemporaries watched so
much, but many did, and what's more, we watched the same programs and
heard the same commercials. So our generation has a tremendous amount of
experience in common. The TV programs have not affected all of us in an
identical way. If a sociologist, however, would list some of the most
important influences on our generation, television would top the list.
* what's more 게다가, 더욱이 (= moreover, furthermore)

For every plus, however, there is a minus. For one thing, you might
have a job, but unless it is very well-paid, you will not be able to
afford many things because living in a city is often very expensive. What
is more, public transportation is sometimes crowded and dirty,
particularly in the rush hour. Last of all, despite all the crowds, it is
still possible to feel very lonely in a city.

One of the most important weapons used during the Second World War was not a
weapon used against people, but rather a drug used against disease. The wartime
use of penicillin saved thousands of lives, In the First World War, for example,
pneumonia was responsible for eighteen percent of all the deaths in the United
States army. In the Second World War, the rate went down to less than one
percent. In addition, penicillin was instrumental in kepping wounds from getting
infected and in helping to speed the healing process of those wounds that did
become infected.

A relatively dense population provided labor, while the seaports made possible the
easy import of raw materials and the export of finished products. In addition,
the rapid rivers provided abundant water power to operated the machines. The War
of 1812 brought a period of increased productivity to American factories.

Um, oh, I got you a birthday present.
Oh, wow! You remembered!
Oh! It's a Judy Jetson thermos!
- Right, like the kind you...
- Oh, I got something for you, too.
- How'd you know I was coming?
Um, yeah, um, twin thing.
I can't believe you did this.
I can't believe you.....did this.

Section 702(c)(4)(A) of the Act requires the DOC to determine, prior to the initiation of
an investigation, that a minimum percentage of the domestic industry for the like product
supports an antidumping duty petition. In making this determination, the DOC and the
ITC must both apply section 771(10) of the Act which defines "domestic like product",
but they do so for different purposes and pursuant to separate and distinct authority.
Furthermore, the DOC's determination is subject to limitations of time and information.
This may result in different definitions of the like product, but such differences do not
render the decision of either agency contrary to law (see Initiation of Antidumping Duty
Investigation: Collated Roofing Nails from the People's Republic of China, the Republic
of Korea, and Taiwan, 61 FR 67306 (December 20, 1996)).
