The competition foe the George Kelly Memorial Award is open to any undergraduate or graduate student enrolled at a campus of Pierce University at the time the paper to be submitted was written.
Papers must have been prepared as part of a course or seminar between Jan. 1 & Dec. 31 1998.
Students are urged to consult with course instructors before submitting papers.
Competitors may submit only one paper and previous George Kelly Memorial Award winners are not eligible.
