전북은행 해외봉사단, 계열사인 프놈펜상업은행(PPCBank), 사단법인 담장너머 의료진 등 40여명이 참여했다.

아무리 이도령 같은 열정이 있다 하더라도 일단 남의 담장을 넘어 들어오
는 행위는 장작뜸질은 몰라도 물벼락 정도는 맞아야 마땅한 방종한 행위일
것이다. 'pale'이란 담장을 넘지 못하도록 만든 뾰족하게 깎아 놓은 나무부
분을 칭하는 말이다. 따라서 'beyond the pale'이라고 표현하면 「금지된 것
을 넘어선」 또는 「행동이 규정에 어긋난」이란 의미를 가진다.
Jane:Stop disturbing me. I can't concentrate.
Paul:Shhh…! Let me look at your paper. This math problem is beyond
me.
Jane:Don't you know that your behavior is beyond the pale? I mean
cheating is a bad thing to do.
