◆ take after과 look like
take after, look like, 그리고 resemble은 모두 '~를 닮다, 비슷하다'라는 뜻이
있지만, 약간의 차이가 있습니다.
take after는 친척, 혹은 가족 사이에서 닮은 것을 뜻하며, look after나 resemble은
가족 이외의 혈연관계가 없는 사람을 닮았을 때 쓰는 표현입니다.
take after: (가족, 친척 사이에서) 닮다, 비슷하다
You really take after your sister Su-Mi. I can tell you are Su-Mi's sister.
