acrylic resin dental cement (아크릴 수지 치과용 시멘트) 분말과 액체의 형태로 조제된 치
과용 시멘트로서 다른 시멘트처럼 혼합하면 된다. 분말은 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 부형제,
가소제, 중합 개시제를 포함한다. 액체로 된 단량체는 메틸 메타크릴레이트와 억제제, 활성
제로 구성된다.

4. “공중합체(共重合體)”란 단일 단량체(單量體) 단위가 구성 중합체 전 중량의 100분의 95 이상의 중량비를 가지지 않은 모든 중합체를 말한다. 이 류의 공중합체(共重合體)(공중합축합체ㆍ공중합부가체ㆍ블록공중합체ㆍ그라프트공중합체를 포함한다)와 혼합중합체는 문맥상 달리 해석되지 않는 한 최대 중량의 공단량체(共單量體) 단위가 해당하는 호로 분류한다. 이 경우 동일 호로 분류되는 중합체의 공단량체(共單量體) 단위를 단일 공중합체(共重合體)를 구성하는 것으로 본다. 만약, 최대 중량단위의 단일 공단량체(共單量體)가 없을 때에는 동일하게 분류가능한 해당 호 중에서 마지막 호로 분류한다.
4. The expression “copolymers” covers all polymers in which no single monomer unit contributes 95 % or more by weight to the total polymer content. For the purposes of this Chapter, except where the context otherwise requires, copolymers (including co-polycondensates, co-polyaddition products, block copolymers and graft copolymers) and polymer blends are to be classified in the heading covering polymers of that comonomer unit which predominates by weight over every other single comonomer unit. For the purposes of this Note, constituent comonomer units of polymers falling in the same heading shall be taken together.If no single comonomer unit predominates, copolymers or polymer blends, as the case may be, are to be classified in the heading which occurs last in numerical order among those which equally merit consideration.
suspension polymerization 현탁중합(懸濁重合)
젤라틴, 폴리비닐알콜 등의 현탁제를 용해한 수중에 단량체를 작은 물방울로 해서 분산시켜 뒤섞으면서 하는 중합법을 말한다. 개시제에는 단량체가용의 과산화 벤조일이나 아조비스이소부티로니트릴 등을 사용한다. 화학적인 반응형식의 면에서 보면, 괴상중합(벌크중합)과 같다. 성장하는 중합체의 입자는 유화중합에 의해 얻어지는 것보다 두드러지게 크다. 염화비닐, 스티렌 등의 중합체는 주로 이 방법에 의하여 얻어진다. 스티렌 등의 중합에서 얻어지는 중합체가 깨끗한 상태일 때 진주중합이라고 한다.
